Default Unanswered: Two calls to activate event

Unanswered: Two calls to activate event

I have a card view and a panel.
The activate event is called once when the panel is inserted into the card view and once when the view is activated via setActivate.

    Is this the expected behaviour?

per the API docs, the activate event should fire

Fires whenever item within the Container is activated
What you describe sounds like a bug but would need to know what version you are seeing this on and a simple test case to reproduce it.
