Fail to open the help documents on local

hi,
I just downloaded ExtJs2 but failed to open the local help document(d:\ext-2.0\docs\index.html) both in ie7 and firefox2. Note both are ok when open the online help document.
In ie7 there is an error message "Access is denied" and in firefox there are two errors:

Error: B has no properties
Source File: http://extjs.com/deploy/dev/ext-all.js

Error: this.el has no properties
Source File: file:///C:/Work/ext/ext-2.0/ext-all.js

and many warnings like:

Warning: Unknown property 'filter'. Declaration dropped.

Any one tell me what's happened?
