    Default Search field 'blur' event isn't getting called on mobile device

    Search field 'blur' event isn't getting called on mobile device

    I'm trying to capture the blur event on a search field. It works on my laptop in Chrome but not on the device when I click the 'Done' button in the on-screen keyboard. What's going on? I'm using an iPod Touch with iOS 5.0.1 and Sencha Touch 2 RC-1.

    Code:
    listeners: {
      blur: {
          fn: function(a, b) {
              console.log('blur!');
          },
          element: 'element'
      }
    }

    Have you tried without setting the element event option?

    Yeah -- same problem when element isn't set.

    need to see more of your code.

    I have the following working from inside a controller
    Code:
    'textfield':{blur:'blur'}
    this gets every single field event but its just an example. To see a specific field use
    Code:
    'textfield[name=login]'
