jsb3 not generating under Win

I've installed ST2-rc2 and SenchaSDKTools-2.0.0-Beta under Win7, however running

cd examples/oreilly/
sencha create jsb -a index.html -p app.jsb3

does not generate the jsb3 file, even when run against one of the example apps. There is no output from running the command either. Deleting the already existing .jsb3 file yields the same result. What am I missing?

I have exactly the same problem
- Sencha Touch 2 RC2
- SDK Tools v2.0.0 Beta
- Windows 7

Executing the create command does not generate the jsb3 file.

Sencha folks - For ST2-rc2, is the only way to run SDK-Tools on a Mac? Any other way to generate the .jsb3 and all-classes.js file?
