    Default [4.1B3] Panel resizable stops working after a collapse/expand

    [4.1B3] Panel resizable stops working after a collapse/expand

    Code:
    Ext.create("Ext.Panel", {
            height : 300,
            html : 'foo',
            width : 300,
            renderTo    : Ext.getBody(),
            resizable : { pinned: true},
            resizeHandles : 'e',
            collapseDirection : 'left',
            collapsible : true
        })
    Resizing initially works. Then collapse/expand and try again.
