Can't activate Sencha Animator

I am trying to activate the Sencha Animator product and it can't reach the activation server. I am behind a proxy and manually configured it to access, but still nothing. Any solutions?

I could send you an offline activation file if you send me PM with the following
1) Email address for your sencha account
2) Your computer MAC address
3) Operating system and version

Hi, i did´t know rather opening a new thread or writing here,
the thing is i´m having the same problem.
I´ve trying a lot and still can´t login with the Animator.
I´m also behind a tighten proxy, i know a lot of ports are closed.
Could you pls send me the activation file too?
