Adding for TabPanel inside a Panel shows doubles the border!

The TabPanel has his own border that is doubled with the outer panel border.

All config are telling that there is no default border and alos no default bodyBorder!

I think, the default behavior is border=1 on Panels (and also TabPanels)
but this is not reflected in Designer Properties.
