Default Issue with FieldSet with HorizontalLayoutContainer child

Issue with FieldSet with HorizontalLayoutContainer child

If I throw a HorizontalLayoutContainer into a FieldSet, the field set will crop the contents.

However, FieldSet has no issues handling other Widgets, including VerticalLayoutContainer.

Also if I have two TextFields in a VerticalLayoutContainer they get rendered side-by-side (noticed issue within FieldSet, as shown here; but issue seems to exist out of FieldSet as well).

Screenshot of scenarios provided along with example code.

Issues existing with both beta3 and beta4.

This bug still exists. Is there a workaround for the problem? I wrapped a lot of container to find a solution, but no container does the trick.
