    Default Designer 2 + eclipse

    Designer 2 + eclipse

Is someone using Designer 2 + eclipse?

I'm starting a new project which dont need inheritance nor ux so I think is safe to use Designer but I would like to have the Designer project inside the eclipse project. Has someone tested this way?

    Regards.

I use Designer 2 together with Aptana Studio 3 without any problems.

How you can tell to eclipse (or Aptana) to allways to watch file system changes?

I mean, I have my Designer project in another directory and deploy to eclipse's project folder but to make the changes visible to the application server I have to manually refresh the Sencha's application folder manually and, after save > deploy in Sencha Designer I also have to refresh eclipse folder then refresh my browser... Is very annoying!

You cannot currently run the Designer and Aptana concurrently side by side. We are working on file watching capabilities within the Designer that should alleviate this issue.

My problem is in the oposite side:

I'm developing ExtJS's part in Designer but when I deploy I have to "tell", explicit, to eclipse that there is new/modified files in the workspace so automatic deploy to server (Glassfish in my case) can work.

    Thanks anyway.
