Success! Looks like we've fixed this one. According to our records the fix was applied for EXTJS-5584 in a recent build.

Default Ext.Array.toArray, I do not become the length of end.

Ext.Array.toArray, I do not become the length of end.

Ext JS 4.0.7 and Ext JS 4.1 beta 3

    in api documentation.
    Code:
    Ext.Array.toArray('splitted', 0, 3); // returns ['s', 'p', 'l', 'i']
    but, i execute in chrome

    Code:
    ["s", "p", "l"]
    it's bug? or Docs bug?

This is a doc bug. It starts at index zero and goes 3 places which would only return 'spl'
