sencha animator trial - cannot sign in with my sencha ID

Hi All,

I have downloaded the Sencha Animator to try it out, but cannot get past the screen where I try to sign in with my Sencha ID. It gives back 'sorry, an unknown error happened'

I am also currently trying out Sencha Designer, and I was able to sign in fine with that, so I know my credentials are correct.

Any suggestions?

Sorry you are experiencing issues.
Some users have reported success when quitting and restarting the app. Have you tried that?

Hi, thanks. Actually, unless I'm misunderstanding, I'm stuck way before activating the product. I'm just trying to do the trial, and can't get past the screen where it asks me to log in with my Sencha ID.

I can send you a PM with the info in the thread you sent. Not sure which MAC addr you want though; there are a number of MAC addresses on my computer.
