Initial View activate firing twice

I have set up cards inside a container, index 0 container loads first but activate method is firing twice. This was not an issue in the previous version of the js (http://extjs.cachefly.net/touch/senc...h-all-debug.js) but am noticing it now with http://extjs.cachefly.net/touch/senc...h-all-debug.js.

What is the normal turn around time for bugs? 1 week? 2? Do the fixes get posted directly to http://extjs.cachefly.net/touch/senc...-all-debug.js? Is there a work around I might be able to use in the mean time?

Each bug needs to be evaluated by the core devs and prioritized. A fix won't be released until the next release. For instance, the next release is 2.0.1

If the fix is simple, we typically provide an override to use.

Not as of yet, it's still an open issue.
