    Bug in BorderLayout spliter with iframe


    if i have an iframe in Borderlayout center panel this functionality dont work perfectly in IE and FireFox, but in Opera Browser this work perfectly...
    I perceived whith moving the mouse cursor very slow i cam resize, but if cursor pull out of resize area this bug ocour.
