Success! Looks like we've fixed this one. According to our records the fix was applied for TOUCH-2755 in 2.1.

    In my app I have the same problem with Galaxy Nexus 4.0.3.
    However, when first loading the page icons are shown, but as soon as I select another tap that the first one icons are gone.

    All other types of icons are displayed (also masked, afaik)
