    I wanted to do this from the controller so I tried
    Code:
    control: {				'panel[name=chartO]':{scroll:'scrollChange'}

    but it didnt fire. panel with the name chartO is the item that is horizontally scrollable.Thanks

    To get the scroll events from Ext.scroller.Scroller you can do:

    Code:
    panel.getScrollable().getScroller().on({
        scope : panel,
        scroll : ....
    });
