APK Build Results: No .apk file

When building on Win 7/ JDK 7, the build hangs on the last statement below. At some point it comes back and there isn't a .apk file anywhere. Where is a log file I can view for some problem resolution? What is a debug process? Only using Sencha a couple of weeks.

Maybe part of the problem is a long directory structure from a loop.

Input and Output directories can't be the same path.
