You just need to add a marker to the google map instance on the Ext.Map

thank you mitchellsimoens for answered, but how to set the position of the maker to the current location in this example of code : var marker = new google.maps.Marker({ position: pos // pos should be my current position
title : 'my position',
map: map
});
