I'm not unlikely to resubscribe if that link doesn't work though, so would like some confirmation..

Those links didn't work for me once my account expired. When I resubscribed, they started working again. All will be well once you pay.

It is recommended the use the defaults of
ext-all-debug for development and ext-all for production.

I would think that a custom build using the Sencha SDK Tools would be recommended for production builds.

Yes, generally you would create your own compiled file. I was speaking in general.

Have now resubbed and can access the nightlies!

Of course, it doesn't matter now since bootstrap and ext-dev are both in RC2...
