    The filters are cached on the filters property of the store which is a MixedCollection.

    I just figure it out. To retrieve filters rule in store

    Code:
    for( i = 0 ; i < store.getCount() ; i++){
    property = store.filters.get(i)['property']
    value = store.filters.get(i)['value']
    }
    Thank you
    It really helped me : )
