First try to sencha touch 2.0, but stuck

I am following the getting-start tutor for sencha touch 2.0 http://docs.sencha.com/touch/2-0/#!/...etting_started,

But I am stuck on the first end, I download the SDK and tools, and i type the sencha in the comman line, i want there should be a command like "generate app" but it seems not.

C:\Program Files\SenchaSDKTools-2.0.0-Beta\command>sencha

The available commands are:
   build                        build a JSB project

   package                      package your Touch web app into a native bundle
   slice theme                  slice a custom theme's images for IE

Please thoroughly read http://docs.sencha.com/touch/2-0/#!/guide/command

You current working directory needs to be the SDK directory, not the SDK Tools.

No use to follow the link on windows 7, it should be a bug for windows7
