How to load designer from exported .ui.js file?

I don't have .xds file. How can i load designer from exported file .ui.js? Is it possible?

The XDS files are written in JSON. While there is no built-in way of converting the .ui.js file back into the JSON XDS, it is feasible to write a PHP script that could do this type of conversion. It would take less time to simply reconfigure the component in designer from scratch, though.
