Multi-select tree panel w/ drag-n-drop?

Please tell me that I am missing something. I just changed the selection model on my tree to be a multi select model and I cannot drag more than one node.

I have looked around and I cannot find anything in the core api so I think I am out of luck. My company is very strict on what software we use so it is hard for me to use user extensions. If there is something I can easily override that would be best.

I am running 3.2.1, please help.
