Problem with Sencha designer beta update task

Hello!

So here's my story:

I downloaded the sencha designer beta from this page.

I installed the designer at home and at work.

The problem is that while at home it performs well the updates to the latest build, at work it doesn't!

I believe it must be a problem of proxy/firewall.

anybody knows what might be the problem? besides the one I mentioned.

possible solutions?
- Is there a way to obtain a fresh setup installer for each new build? instead of updating?
- Can somebody let me know what the remote address and port are so that I can ask to configure my firewall?
