Neptune Theme only working in Chrome?

I know this isn't released yet but my designer wanted to see all the default icons in the Neptune theme.

So I put a link to 4.1 rc3 kitchen sink at the following location adding in the various icons.

Can someone tell me why this only looks good and works in Chrome? I realize it is still under development but want to make sure I didn't mess something up when adding in the icon stuff.

There is still work to be done on other browsers.
If you can report any problems you see as bugs, we would appreciate the efforts. (examples/screens)
