Neptune Theme - Default icons not working in browsers other than google chrome

Ext version tested:

• Ext 4.1 rev rc3

Browser versions tested against:

• Chrome
• FF11
• IE9

Operating System:

• Windows 7 64-bit (32-bit browsers)

Description:

• Default components in the Kitchen Sink app aren't working the same across all major browsers.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

• visit http://boxthump.com to see the neptune theme kitchen sink app running in various browsers

The result that was expected:

• The new and improved icon formats will be in a usable state across all major browsers

The result that occurs instead:

• While most everything works in google chrome, there are certain unusable components in IE and FF
