External resource - Where is it now?

On designer was possible to add a external .css file for example.

I'm not able to find those options on preferences now.
This is not possible anymore?
I need to link touch charts on my app, but if I add directly to app.html, every save is overriten

It appears this was added as a "node" item. In the toolbox there is now a "resources" category. And in the project inspector there is a "resources" node at the bottom. That should be what you need.
