Autcomplete by second word

Hi,
Is it possible to set combobox autocomplete to taking first and second word. For example if I have combo with users (name and surname) I want to fire autocomplete even if someone start to write surname, not only a name.

Another example:
http://docs.sencha.com/ext-js/4-0/#!/example/form/combos.html - in this examples when im typing "col" I have only Colorado as an option. I want to show District of Columbia.

Is it possible?

This will be a function you will need to add. I was able to find this thread:
