Success! Looks like we've fixed this one. According to our records the fix was applied for DSGNR-1785 in Sprint 28.

    Architect Version 2.0.0 Build 412

    When adding a button with just a zero (0) as the text, the text doesn't appear. There is a workaround, however, in that you can add a zero plus a space (0 ) to get the zero to appear alone.
