Difference in Sencha SDK and Sencha SDk Tools

Hi,
I want to generate sample application using the SDK. I watched video that shows how to generate sample application with this command. sencha generate app GS ../GS

on Win7, I have downloaded and installed SenchaArchitect-2.0.0.exe and
SenchaSDKTools-2.0.0-Beta-windows.exe
Downloaded and extracted the ext-4.0.7-commercial.zip into extjs subfolder of wwwroot.

PATH command shows: C:\Program Files (x86)\SenchaSDKTools-2.0.0-Beta\jsbuilder;C:\Program Files (x86)\SenchaSDKTools-2.0.0-Beta\bin;C:\Program Files (x86)\SenchaSDKTools-2.0.0-Beta

Issued this command to generate sample application as i watched in video
C:\Program Files (x86)\SenchaArchitect>sencha generate app GS ../GS

but i see this error in return
\SenchaSDKTools-2.0.0-Beta\bin\ was unexpected at this time.

What i am missing here? I think i dont know the difference in Sencha SDK tools and SDK itself. I cannot find the exact link to download Sencha SDK. Please let me have the link where i can read the easy and step by step information to generate sample app. Pleas explain as much possible because im not happy with the guide on sencha docs. Thank you.
