In general we don't recommend using overrides just so you can use your own editor with code completion. I understand the allure however. My suggestions will change based on Architect 2.1 (current production release) and Architect 2.2 (releasing soon).
Architect 2.1 (stable release)
UX person using Architect will need to be sure they're in sync with changes made by developer. What I mean by this is that anytime the UX person pulls changes from developer they'll need to close and reopen the project so Architect doesn't overwrite the Override files. This occurs due to stale information.
Architect 2.2 (releasing soon)
Architect will detect changes in overrides and pull them in automatically. If there are conflicts the user will be notified and given a conflict resolution screen.Phil Strong

Multiple Developers
Multiple Developers
Hi, we are starting up a new project which has multiple designers and developers, and trying to find a way to use Sencha Architect with a source control so that multiple people can contribute to the project. So far I couldn't find any document/tutorial/guidelines on how to achieve this. ? For ex, how do you manage .xds file when multiple people are working on the same project.. ? Any ideas/suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Kiran
