Default Deploy project says that SDKTool v2 installed: false, but SDK is installed and works

Deploy project says that SDKTool v2 installed: false, but SDK is installed and works

    Setup: Ubuntu 10, Architect 2.0 build 413, SenchaSDKTools-2.0.0-beta2

Within SA2.0, when I deploy a project it say's SDKTools v2 Installed: false, and I only get the Copy button and not the Package button.

I do have the SDK installed and correctly pathed and can run 'sencha app build etc..' from the terminal without problems. So is there a configuration somewhere to make SA2.0 know about the SDK?

    Thanks

    No, nothing yet.

I have seen quite a few other posts like this related to Windows.
    http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthre...ath-in-Windows

It looks like you should be able to path the SDK in SA2.0 or not?, re posts #6 #9

    Bug?

you might want to try running the app w/ root credentials - see if they at least enable for you then. From a terminal window navigate to the /Applications directory and run:

    sudo open Sencha\ Architect.app

    Thanks MikeHill00,
    Good suggestion.
I tried running SA2.0 as root but unfortunately have the same result as before.

    Did that work for you?

I just installed the SenchaSDKTools-2.0.0-beta3 and the package button is now available. Now I just gotta figure out how to make it work.

That's interesting, please let us know what you find. I'll try beta3 tomorrow.

I worked on it yesterday and could never get it to do the package. I had to manually do it. If I find a solution to do it automatically, I will post.
