    Default on() delay property only work the first time.

    on() delay property only work the first time.

    I have two controller, A and B

    B have a listener like this

    Code:
            this.getApplication().on({
                showSheet: this.showSheet,
                scope: this,
                delay: 3000
            })

    When i fireevent from A "showSheet" the delay is apply fine, but the second time: delay is not applied.
    the execution is direct.

    Someone can check if its a bug?
    Thanks.

    This test case is delaying 3 seconds using 2.0.1:

    Code:
    Ext.define('Test.controller.Main', {
        extend : 'Ext.app.Controller',

        init : function(app) {
            console.log('adding listener');
            app.on({
                showSheet : 'showSheet',
                scope     : this,
                delay     : 3000
            });
        },

        showSheet : function() {
            console.log('showSheet captured');
        }
    });

    Ext.application({
        name : 'Test',

        controllers : [
            'Main'
        ],

        launch : function() {

            console.log('firing event');
            this.fireEvent('showSheet', this);

        }
    });

    Do you have a full test case which may show the issue?
