ST2.0.1 No download email

Hello,

I wanted to download the new release 2.0.1. Entered my email. and checked receive notification(must be checked) went to the next page - saying download link has been emailed.

But no email. Did it twice still nothing.

Please verify it's working

That happened to me as well. I had to use a different email than I used the first time to get the download link.

Hi, I am also not getting the email. I tried a few times without success. Looked in the spam filter and checked the other usual suspects for not receiving email, but nothing.

Please do not tell me that I have to create a new email address every time I want to download the latest version of ST?

I tried it on two e-mail accounts that I used in the past to download ST. Neither received the e-mail. I may have downloaded this specific version with one or both of the accounts. I guess we need a new e-mail address for every download. Annoying, but okay.

I used to pay for support for one year, and at that time I didn't have this problem. I was able to download every new version. You guys think it is OK to create a new email for every new download? Well, I don't. I honestly don't see what is Sencha's gain with this policy. I could use harsher language for this, as it deserves it, but I'll refrain as this is a public forum. I got to go now, to create a new email account somewhere, for one use only.
