Default Request: ExtJS4 complete working sample application

Request: ExtJS4 complete working sample application

I'm just getting started with ExtJS - currently working with 4.1 and Architect 2.0.

I haven't been able to find a complete ExtJS4 sample application that works ... to use as a learning tool.

I'm looking for something wtih a Panel, accordian style menu, and multiple grid windows w/ joined table data views (Main table w/ joined table(s) for details and drop-down related data). Possibly a login system which works with the menu ...and maybe even tabs!

I've found 100's of examples here, github, and stackoverflow - but nothing complete that works on extjs4 or 4.1. I think the architecting-your-app-in-ext-js-code was the closest thing I've seen, but the buttons don't work... no login... etc. Doesn't really seem to function - and no database.

My problem is that I have all of this working independently, but can't seem to tie it all together.

There may be something out there, I just can't find it.

    Thanks for any help.

p.s. Thanks to all of you who have contributed thus far. I've learned a lot from your examples.

I feel your pain. In my search for a complete example, all I could find was your search for a complete example.

This dude has been working with exstjs for 4 years... anything we can get from him is miraculous. The dude has word/excel working online - first.

Seriously, check that site out... that guy is a GOD!

    Proof:
"For CRM, we had spend 1200 hours around - it is not a big project. However, CubeDrive Spreadsheet/Excel is a killer, we have spend more than 10,000 hours on this. Do not start it if you do not have an EXTJS expert group."

    I'll help you out:
    db - README/php/ .sql
web-app/CalendarAgent.php - edit for db settings
user id - hard coded in web-app/js/feyasoft/calendar/view/viewer.js - set to 1

I'd like to just keep updating this thread with ExtJS 4.1 examples that I find to help out new people.

Pretty plain skeleton template but has login, menu, one panel, routed paths
also loading animation - good, a work in progress (It does work in ExtJS 4.1) (You have to edit the js in config to configure paths to the app code)
    demo - http://extjs.dbpatch-project.com admin/(blank)
    https://github.com/sndpl/extjs4_mvc_skel

MitosEHR - really good, massive application using many technologies, but mostly ExtJS 4.1, PHP
    http://demo.mitosehr.org/ - demo/demo
    https://github.com/MitosEHR/MitosEHR-Official
medical records demo - LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS OF CODE
(I haven't installed this yet, but played with the demo quite a bit, it's quite good)

Calendar app - has login - currently hard coded, works well in extjs 4.1.
    ext-calendar - from feyasoft/cubedrive - installed / WORKS ***************
    https://github.com/ffzhuang
    db - README/php/*.sql
web-app/php/CalendarAgent.php - edit for db settings
user id - hard coded in web-app/js/feyasoft/calendar/view/viewer.js - set to 1

ernestor CRUD - example of mysql / ajax / mvc in ext4 - WORKS **********************************

I wouldn't exactly call it miraculous. Cool, but not miraculous.

He's following practices that are absolutely NOT recommended, such as hundreds of lines of config inside of initComponent:
    https://github.com/MitosEHR/MitosEHR...ew/MitosApp.js

I would highly suggest not following everything you see from this resource.

MitosEHR haves an interesting UI but is very inconsistent in its use.

Should be use for learning how to accomplish some tasks but definitely no a model to follow.

    Regards.
