    Default Trigger Drag drop event with onclick

    Trigger Drag drop event with onclick

    I'm changing an existing ExtJS application to work on the iPad... I'm quite a ExtJS n00b..

    Currently (with a drag drop) you can drag from a tree and drop it in the list. Which triggers an event. This works fine.

    Since drag-drop doesn't work on iPad I want a click event to trigger the drop event.

    var ns = Ext.namespace("HUB.Plugins.Event");
    ns.ScheduleListManager = Ext.extend(Object, {
    ...
    onEventDrop : function(dz, target, data) {
    }

    I thought I could trigger it with:

    var ns = Ext.namespace("HUB.Plugins.Event");
    ns.ScheduleListManager.onEventDrop(dz, target, data);

    But this doesn't work...

    How can I achieve this?

    Have a look at fireEvent()
