Unanswered: the problem about my accessing my resources in the tomcat by IP address

Now I encounter a surprising problem.I refer to the extjs library in the html page like this:
    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://localhost:8080/extjs/ext-debug.js"></script>
when I access the html page with "localhost:8080/Expert_System/index.html",the page shows normally. But when I use my IP address accessing like this "192.168.130.45:8080/Expert_System/index.html",the firebug prints the error like the image below
    未命名.jpg
when I use "127.0.0.1:8080",the error exists too.
when I refer to the extjs library in the html page like this
    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://192.168.130.45:8080/extjs/ext-debug.js"></script>
the errors firebug prints are more.
So I only use "localhost" in the all place now and then I can access the page.otherwise the error occurs.
this is so surprising.I never encounter the problem before.
    anybody helps me?
    3ks

Simply use a relative path for your local sever from the app root

    ../extjs4/

    Regards,
    Scott.
