Unanswered: How can i save an image to iphone and android?

    Hi guys,

i am new here and i maybe in the wrong forum.

but i will ask the my question to see if any of you could shed some light on my probelm.

i have made an simple mobile web app and showing on our intranet. i am trying to save an image from my web app to my iphone.

but for some reason when i hold down on the photo the save options dont show, but if i go on a website on line it works.

so my question: does a javascript code exist to add to my html5 to tell the phones that they can save the image?

    Warm regards Birken

The only way you can do this is with phonegap.

I moved this to the ST2 Q&A forum.

Wait, we can do this on any webpage out there, but not in Sencha Touch unless we go to a native framework? Why is it disabled? Is there a way to un-disable it?
