Half-screen display on panel

Browser versions tested against:

• Chrome on Android 2.3.x

DOCTYPE tested against:

• HTML 5

Description:

• Panel only draws half screen and stops

Steps to reproduce the problem:

• Use an android phone with 2.3.x and chrome and click on link: http://development.bughalf.senchafy.com/
• You should be able to see 3 or 4 Hello Blocks, but screen is cut off and you can only see 1. You can though scroll to see the rest.

Both my original code and this code started working on my phone. I don't know if that was a refresh issue or something else. I will retract the bug report until I can get something that does it everytime.

Maybe this is a random rotation error. If I slowly switch from portrait to landscape using Chrome on Android 4.0 and my test application, sometimes (1/6 times) I can see the half-screen error again.
