Weird behavior css of ext 2.0

hi,
i've installed ext 2.0 on my pc, i go thru the example installing on apache http, it works fine, then i try installing to my tomcat and make it to the new module works fine, but problem rise when i try to plug in to my existing project. i got weird behaviour of css, you can see it on attachment. does anyone have any idea whats the problem ?
