Install sencha touch web app on microsoft IIS webserver

Greetings all
As I have not been able to find any simple information on the topic of what needs to be installed when you need to run a sencha web app on a plain website in Microsoft environment, I certainly would grateful for any advice on the matter.
I have made a Sencha web app from following the tutorial instructions and it runs as expected on the local mac apache server, but when copied to an external website I only get the blinking of the app loading indicator.
Any ideas of where to find information on the subject?

Any errors? Are you serving up any json files?

I'm using the example from:
http://docs.sencha.com/touch/2-0/#!/guide/first_app

It is fine on the local mac server but there is a 404 error reported in the Safari console regarding app.json even though it is there it cannot be opened.

Any Ideas

First you may need to add a mime type to support json files
