Drag And Drop + Scroll issue

Hi

I recently created a component to select a portion of an image.
I have a problem when I set the DD constraint to an element with scroll.

Can you check my code ?

As you can see, the drag strangely stops, but if you uncomment the block without panel (and scroll) it works fine.

There seems to be other issues. The resizer disappears on move in all instances.
