Deploy From Architect Performance Optimization

Have a simple project setup in Architect and all works and deploy does it's thing just fine - and the phone / ipad renders just fine and it works. Woo Hoo!

Load time for my iPhone over 3GS is way crazy slow.

Does the deploy from Architect do any optimizing / minify, other stuff same as Touch 2.0 build - or are there some manual steps, or future deliverables within the product timeline?

Also - gotta say I love the tool - don't want to seem at all like a negatron :-D

Saved an App from architect via Deploy option, added some dirs from sencha touch 2 sdk and so on, deployed via Sencha command.

App result is very slow on iPhone4.

No deploy only "copies" the project. No optimization at all but it does exclude some svn files etc.
You have to run the SDK tools manually to get it optimized, but I think/hope they are working on getting it integrated with SA.
