We use a mixture, just like devs here they all have their personal favorites and we are no exception.

I'm trialing Webstorm and so far its great - but man is it a MEMORY HOG - anyone would think it was written by microsoft
For development I have to say I'm a recent convert to Sublime. It's an awesome editor with many features including
context sensitive editing environment,
projects,
tree navigation,
tabs for multiple open files,
thumbnail navigation view of your file for easy scrolling through large files
You can also load it on numerous machines on your network (say laptop and main computer) and keep files open on both locations and it automatically updates file changes across all open instances of the file being edited (once saved to disk, of course).
