Portal Layout Sample - Drag with body of portlet instead of header

Hello,

I'm looking at trying to make the body of the portlet's draggable in the portal sample. Currently when you hover over the panel header you can grab and move the portlet. Is there a way to have that same functionality with the body of the portlet?

I am not sure this is possible since the items in the panel would receive focus. You would have to intercept this behavior.
