Ext Designer minor update fail with Error Code 5

At Ext Designer launch (1.2.2 b48), a message box asks me to install a minor update, but when transfer starts I get the following message :

"An error occurred while downloading or installing the updates.ERROR CODE: 5"

Any idea ?

Not reproducible and updated to Version: 1.2.3 and Build: 50.

OS : Windows 7 Family Premium SP1 (x64)
RAM : 4 GB
PROC : Core i7

Always the same error since yesterday...please note that Sencha Architect is also installed.

There are the two following folders in "Program Files" :

C:\Program Files (x86)\ExtDesigner-1.2.2-48
C:\Program Files (x86)\SenchaArchitect

Maybe the cause of the problem ? Or Error Code 5 means network/communication error ?

I tried to start Ext Designer with Admin rights but that don't solve the problem...

Typically this means it can't communicate with update server

Yes this is occurring because the proper params are not passed. This means your at least getting this far. I think I'm going to push another build and I'll post the links to that.
