ExtJS Theme Design - Seperate designer / developer

Hi there,

I am looking to get a new ExtJS theme built. I already have my own designer, who is creating an overall outline and can develop individual icons, but I need someone to create the flexible styled elements based on that design, and code up ExtJS very complex CSS as it would take far too long for my designer to learn this specialist skill.

Has anyone done this workflow before? How were people's experiences of it?

Can anyone reccomend a good designer/developer for this kind of work?
