How can I make multi-column groups in Extjs 4.x

Try grouping the store with multiple groups. I haven't tried this in a while when it wasn't supported but 4.1.1 may be able to.

I have been looking for this too. The best one I have found is Jansus GridEx but it's not javascript framework. Is there one in ExtJS?
