Minify - select Field no class name when getting name by alias

Unfortunately I could not get this to work - still getting this error.

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'substring' of undefined

and i have confirmed that this new code is in the js file - through the developer tools for chrome

- went ahead and added
requires: [
'Ext.field.Search',
'Ext.field.Select'
],

the select field as well - now getting a different error - taking a bit - but Im moving along

wonder if you have seen this before though -
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property '0' of null
