    The ToolTip title defined with
    toolTipConfig.setTitleHtml("Information")
    is not working (Chrome 19.0.1084.56).

    Sorry that I haven't gotten back to you. Yes, looks like 3.0.0b is the latest release currently, I got confused by the 'b' thought it was meaning beta but it's a bug fix release.
