Looking for expert ExtJS developer for contract projects

We are looking for an expert ExtJS (3 & 4) developer to work on a series of projects on a contract/freelance basis. Location is not important, but being fluent in English is. These projects involve advanced component development for integration into existing applications, and independently, "porting" of an ExtJS 3 application code base to ExtJS 4. Would consider developers interested in either of these projects.
